How do I shorten the time lag between actual audio and the broadcast? Winamp Users Press Control-P, click on Plug-Ins then Input and then Nullsoft MPEG Audio Decoder v2.91. Click on the Streaming tab at the top and set Streaming Data Buffer to 16 KB. Click OK, and close the configuration screen. Apple iTunes Users
Go to Control then Preferences and then click on the Advanced tab
and set Streaming Buffer Size to Small.
